Catalyst Technologies is available to answer your questions and to assist you in improving your understanding and use of our software at any stage in the process. We also provide a variety of training opportunities throughout the year. All customers are assigned dedicated project management resources to guide them through implementation and best practices approaches to managing quality improvement initiatives. Phone support is available Monday through Friday for software related questions, and our hours of operation accommodate our customers across the country. Support is also available via e-mail, and additional resources are available through our Quality Spectrum website. |
